Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing the FxPeek extension, using getfxpeek.com, or purchasing a Pro license, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

2. License and ownership

FxPeek is proprietary software. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Free extension and website tools as we make them available, and — if you purchase Pro — to activate and use Pro features on devices within our published limits.

You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or circumvent license checks except where applicable law expressly allows.

3. The product

3.1 Extension

The extension converts and displays foreign prices on webpages you visit, subject to your settings (ignore lists, site toggles, Pro whitelist, and similar controls).

3.2 Website

Standalone tools on getfxpeek.com (such as Convert, Rates, Paste, and Landed) work without the extension. Some Pro-oriented tools require a valid rates access token from license activation.

3.3 Pro

Pro is unlocked with an FxPeek license key after checkout. Pricing and features are described on the site at the time of purchase. See the Refund Policy for refunds.

4. Rates, estimates, and advice

Exchange rates, FX fee adjustments, and landed-cost (shipping, VAT/GST, duty, card fee) outputs are informational estimates. They are not financial, tax, customs, or legal advice. Always verify amounts with your bank, merchant, and relevant authorities before you buy or file anything.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not abuse APIs, scrape aggressively, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not share license keys publicly or use keys you did not purchase.
• Do not use FxPeek for unlawful activity.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FxPeek and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from reliance on displayed rates or estimates. Our aggregate liability related to your use of the product is limited to the amount you paid us for Pro in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if you only use Free).

8. Changes and termination

We may change features, rates sources, or these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. We may suspend access for abuse or security reasons.
