2. What to include

Depending on your topic, helpful details include:

• License / activation — purchase email, order id, and license key if you have one
• Refunds — see the Refund Policy for proof we need
• Bugs and feature ideas — post on the feedback board (browser, extension version, steps, screenshots)
• Product questions — what you are trying to do on which tool or page

3. Automated license mail

After a successful Pro purchase, your FxPeek license key may be sent automatically from licenses@getfxpeek.com. That address is for delivery, not a monitored support inbox. For help activating or looking up a key, use the contact form, email support@getfxpeek.com, or use Pro / verify license on the site.

4. Response time

We aim to reply within a few business days. Refund evaluations follow the timeline in the Refund Policy.
